The seller, Springview LLC, is a Winter Park-based company. The property buyer is Henin Springview LLC from The Henin Group, represented by Jerome Henin, a Central Florida developer whose projects include the multiple award-winning project called Riviera Bella in DeBary, a 712 home community. Henin Springview LLC will develop 195 home sites and anticipates starting construction in June 2017.
