The Orlando Business Journal held their Inaugural Residential Real Estate Awards ceremony on April 19, 2017. Riviera Bella was honored to receive the Award for the Top Single-Family Project.
Riviera Bella is the most significant residential neighborhood in DeBary/West Volusia County adding to the local economic growth. Homes in the community are the highest priced per home average in West Volusia County, and twice the average price per home than the City average. Its economic value is close to 18% of the City’s total tax revenue. More importantly, it has now earned the recognition that DeBary and West Volusia County can be successful areas for national builders. This community, at a cost of $27 Million, will represent a total in home sales projected at $190 Million. It has paved the way for new projects
in DeBary as it has demonstrated that consumers appreciate the quality found in Henin Group Communities, as well as the location of DeBary and West Volusia.
